Deep with a typical varietal aroma of cassis, mango, bell pepper and spice. Firm structure with juice, again rich fruit and savouriness, the acidity is vivid, accompanied by some ripeness. A Sauvignon Blanc that is aromatically full-bodied and also shows presence on the palate.
