Tasting Notes
Light salmon pink with pink reflections and a very delicate mousse. Fresh red forest berry jam, cherries and a hint of blossom honey makes for an inviting bouquet. Taut and tightly woven on the palate with some restrained strawberry fruit and a fine acidity. A touch of caramel shows in the aftertaste, which is already well developed.
