Delicately cloudy, bright yellow gold, silver reflections, fine mousse. Fresh pear fruit, a hint of mango, soft notes of orange zest. Juicy, elegant, white apple, good freshness, mineral and lemony, suitable as an aperitif as well as an accompaniment to food.
