Light color. Multi-layered and complex aroma, a hint of spice reminiscent of Traminer, grapey notes, one could say: 60% freshness, 40% ripeness. Smooth on the attack, fine, delicate phenolics, round and yet with a subtle structure, supple and juicy, very complete, with good length, which becomes more substantial and tactile-mineral on the finish.
