Deep ruby, dark core, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim brightening. A hint of dried fig, prune and nougat, with fine herbal savouriness in the background. Very juicy, sweet texture, ripe tannins, chocolaty and powerful on the finish, a harmonious food companion, very well matured and on the maturity plateau.
