Delicate golden yellow, slightly balsamic in the complex aroma, peach, apricot. Full-bodied on the palate, good freshness, minerality, the acidity shows like a laser beam, medium-fine mousse, very nice spiciness. Well balanced, medium length, gastronomic type.
