Tasting from 19.11.2020: Peter Moser

Very pale yellow-green, with silver reflections and a lively, persistent mousse. Yellow tropical fruit notes, some peach nuances and a touch of florality on the nose. the palate is light-footed with a subtle sweetness wrapped up in fresh, lemony structure. Some honey shows on the finish, with a medium length, herbal-spicy aftertaste.
