Tasting from 29.08.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Very dark, rich ruby red. Finely savoury nose, of fine mushrooms and candied fruit, then vegetable broth in the aftertaste, with a finish of varnish. Spicy on the palate, with grippy tannins and a noble mellowness, with a somewhat loosely knit finish and delicate dryness.
