The red wine »Talvin« Rot Vi de la Terra Mallorca, vintage 2021 from the winery Ses Talaioles S.L. has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Tempranillo, Syrah, Callet, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Majorca in Spain.
A scent like a blueberry muffin! Also some wood, herbs in the background. The palate structure shows a ripe, very well extracted tannin on an oily base, deep, tactile minerality and the spiciness of the finish give the wine independence and character.
