Whisky liqueurs are refined with spices and cream. This passito also tends in this direction. Its nutmeg note remains pleasantly fresh. The high alcohol content is noticeable on the palate despite the lush sweetness. A guaranteed pleasure with Stilton in homeopathic doses.
