Tasting Notes
Mineral on the nose, but also intensely fruity: Amarena cherry, blackberry, and cranberry with dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine has a strong alcohol content, which is also buffered by powerful extract, the acidity is striking and the tannin has power for decades.
More about the tastingMineral fragrance; shattered rock, flint, slate, and red berry notes. Extremely ripe. Some juniper. On the palate, dense tannins within a creamy structure, ample volume, ripe, but supporting acidity, good concentration, persistent. The aromas are still somewhat closed.
