Tasting from 20.02.2026: Ulrich Sautter

Slightly "wild" aromas (cat fur, wild plum) meet a radiant red berry fruit and a little wood (milk chocolate), followed by herbal aromas of mint, juniper and wormwood. The palate has a medium volume, grainy tannins of medium density and a ripe acidity give structure, the palate fruit seems even more closed than the aroma.
