The red wine Barolo DOCG Gabutti, vintage 2017 from the winery Sordo Giovanni has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Rich, bright cherry red with a garnet rim. Hints of clove and liquorice on the nose, with figs and ripe blackberries, mocha and cocoa bean on the finish. Full-bodied on the palate, robust tannins, clear fruit on the finish, long and lingering.
