The white wine »Von 1000 Alten Reben« Riesling feinherb, vintage 2019 from the winery Sorentberg has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Some fudge patina and a ripe spiciness on the nose, cardamom, a hint of petrol, then also red apple, balsamic-mineral notes. On the palate, the wine has a powerful structure with fine phenolics, ripe acidity, strong minerality and comparatively vivid sweetness.
