Dark ruby-red core with a brightening garnet rim. Hearty and fleshy on the nose, with notes of tobacco, milk chocolate and lovage under the spicy, peppery prune. Clearer on the palate, with a juicy fruit core, then gripping tannins through to the savoury finish.
