Tasting from 11.10.2024: Ulrich Sautter

There is a subtle aroma, with some apple, yeast, and grape. There are no faulty notes. The palate is dominated by sweetness. The mousse is good quality and persistent. A pleasant, quite clear fruit lingers long.

More about the tasting

Slightly floral on the nose, also yeasty. The palate has a dynamic, relatively quickly fading mousse, very rich sweetness and a lightly tart finish.
