Fresh, fruity impression on the nose, with notes of apple, pear and citrus aromas. Especially tangerine. A mineral, salty impression on the palate right from the start, beautifully integrated fruit, especially yellow notes. The fine herbal savouriness characterises the long finish, as does peach zest.
