Tasting Notes

Tasting from 09.07.2019: Ulrich Sautter

A Sauvignon without forward tones, some elderflower, mango. A discreet, mature varietal type. Smooth, silky on the palate, round and full-bodied, yet with good balance thanks to its natural freshness and good texture. Beautiful proportions, good length - and further certain ageing potential.
