Tasting Notes

Tasting from 31.10.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Dark berryish fruit and cold smoke on the nose, medium-bodied. Hearty on the palate, with plenty of tannin, showing fine aromas of dark berries, leather and woody tones, unfortunately quite drying on the finish. Patience is required.
