The red wine Talaras Naoussa PDO, vintage 2013 from the winery Talaras Estate has been rated in 2024 by Peter Moser with 92 Falstaff points.
Intense garnet, ochre reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, subtle hints of cedar, olives, tomato, candied limes and sweet tobacco. Juicy on the palate with pronounced fruit and a dark minerality with supporting, silky tannins and a savoury, salty finish with a touch of nougat. Has reached the beginning of its drinking window, a classic, mature Naoussa.
