Deep, dark ruby red. The nose is initially characterised by dark chocolate, with notes of liquorice and elderberry jelly. Dry on the palate, with grippy, ripe tannins, light toasted notes and well integrated wood. Powerful in body, harmonious and persistent on the finish.
