Tasting from 27.06.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Pale straw yellow with golden reflections. An animatingly fresh nose, peach and pear with green apple, slightly minty, reminiscent of ice candy. Somewhat savoury sage. The palate remains fruit-dominated with a lively acidity. Pleasant with good drinking flow. Medium length.
