Bright straw yellow. On the nose, notes of flint, freshly squeezed grapefruit, a hint of fresh grass, soft notes of wax on the aftertaste, complex. On the palate there is a slight texture and mineral undertone, with drive and finesse, juicy and clear on the finish.
