The rosé wine Sof Rosato Toscana IGT, vintage 2020 from the winery Tenuta di Biserno has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Intense, elegant pink-red with a flint core. Aromas of fresh wild berries and wild strawberry on the nose, carried by a gentle floral fragrance, floral and fragrant aftertaste, inviting. On the palate it shows with a beautiful acidity structure and clear fruit, opens up beautifully, elegant and with finesse, precise and clear in the long finish.
