Tasting Notes
Bright, brightening ruby. Appealing nose of sugared raspberry, ripe red apple, slight hint of blood, minimal aftertaste of sardines. Clear on the attack and on the palate, opens with salty, grippy tannins, filigree, then unfortunately becomes a little broad-meshed at the back and dries out.
