Bright purple in colour with a ruby rim. On the nose, aromas of blackcurrant, beetroot, and cauliflower, with some slightly resinous notes in the background. The palate is supple, delicately textured, and surprisingly elegant and precise, with a subtle aftertaste on the finish.
