Tasting from 09.02.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, rich ruby purple. Initially somewhat reserved on the nose, opens up after a little time on freshly baked bread, milk chocolate, cassis, blackberry and a hint of graphite. Extremely polished on the palate, with almost creamy tannins, precise fruit, then rich drive, stony feel, comes in several layers, great discovery!
