Tasting from 01.03.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Transparent straw yellow with a green shimmer. Lots of beeswax and ripe citrus fruit on the nose, reminiscent of bergamot. A pronounced bitter note on the palate, some tannin, delicate texture, salty finish, medium length.
