Tasting from 01.01.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow, sparkling. Distinct aroma, floral and fruity, of banana, yellow peach and yellow roses, light nutmeg scent, with a ripe apricot aftertaste. Juicy, present, clear on the palate, with good acidity and a good structure, slightly alcoholic on the finish, but still a great surprise!
