Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow. Grapefruit juice, acacia blossom, elderberry cordial and lemons on the nose, multi-layered and complex, delicate flint on the finish. Complex and full-bodied on the palate, clearly salty and beautifully dense, expansive and persistent.
