Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.03.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red colour with a shiny core. Not quite precise on the nose, coffee grounds, graphite, some orange zest, needs a lot of time in the glass. On the palate with notes of cranberry confit, becomes very restrained on the finish and remains tight.
