Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Delicate pink colour. Elegant, multi-layered nose with notes of red fruits, apple, bread crust, nuances of warm, sweet spices and citrus. Also elegant on the palate with a fine mousse, medium body and notes of apple, summer flowers and almond cookies. Good length.
