Tasting from 01.01.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with a sparkling core. Strong yellow-fruity aromas on the nose, ripe pear, ripe apple, plus fine resinous tones, slightly smoky on the finish. Medium-bodied on the palate, strong ripe yellow fruit, delicately bitter, then unfortunately breaks down a little at the back.
