The red wine Spirito della Vite Torgiano Rosso Riserva DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Tenute Baldo has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points.
It has a deep dark rich ruby colour, with a purple shimmer. With a rich and very vivid nose, there are strong aromas of dark berry fruit of blackberry and plum, with tobacco in the background. On the palate it is hearty, with gripping tannins, along with dark berry fruit, a fine texture, and balsamic elements on the finish.
