Tasting Notes
Clear ruby purple with a slightly brighter rim. A delicate nose, with aromas of fresh violet blossom and clove, and spicy wild blueberry in the background. It is juicy and surprisingly fresh on the palate, dancing along the tongue, with fine grippy tannins, it opens up in many layers, and has a good drive.
