The red wine Gaiun Martinenga Barbaresco DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Tenute Cisa Asinari dei Marchesi di Grésy has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kierm, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Brilliant, brightening garnet core. Very clear and sophisticated nose, of raspberries, some strawberry, then hints of leather and truffle. Gripy, dense tannin characterizes the wine with a lot of sweet texture, ripe fruit and a long finish. Would benefit now from time to come together.
