Tasting from 29.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep dark, savoury ruby red, rich. The nose is very open-hearted with preserved plum and fermented peach, sliced apple and dried fig. A certain elegance on the palate, trimmed to flavours of dried fruit, tightly woven tannins, which are slightly taut on the finish, can still age.
