Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Dark, shimmering ruby red with an impenetrable core. Fine aroma of raspberry jelly, black pepper, some liquorice and orange peel. Powerful notion on the palate, interwoven tannin clings to the cheeks and is youthful, juicy, well-structured, with fine drive and a lingering finish.
