Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Subtly shimmering straw yellow with silver. Intense aroma of fresh garden herbs, thyme and bergamot, then grapefruit, geranium in the background. Spreads widely, shows good tension, tapering at the back with fine minerality, gripping on the palate, persistent.
