Tasting Notes

Tasting from 17.04.2013

Fully ripe black forest berries, background with fine precious wood savouriness, nuances of dried herbs, some nougat, multi-layered aromas. Full-bodied, opulent, powerful but silky tannins, underpinned with dark fruit, a fine touch of acidity, mineral and persistent, very well structured, ripe cherries, with secure development and certain ageing potential, should not be missing in any wine cellar.
