Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.01.2015

Some cherry and fir resin, also a slight "goudron", with air more herbs, rose petal, beginning maturity, quite tight structure, slightly rappy, but juicy and delicate in the fruit. Very typical of Barolo, relatively angular, but not coarse. Full-bodied in the background. Can even mature further.
