Intense, rich ruby red with a very slightly brightening rim. Rich and savoury notes of ripe elderberries, black currants, elegant hint of cloves. Full and rich on the palate, wonderfully balanced with bold and tight-knit tannins, slightly salty, spans wide and develops in layers, long finish.
