The red wine Capriolo Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Terre Nere Montalcino has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright, noble ruby red with flint core. On the nose wild strawberries, ripe cherries, raspberries, with a mineral touch, forest floor and cigar, very complex and inviting. On the palate dense and with tight tannin, vivid and with a lot of drive, seems currently still very young and still needs time, elegant savouriness, light depletion in the final.
