A bright silver-grey, with straw-yellow hues. Initially quite reductive on the nose, with aeration comes notes of dried herbs, peach, some banana. Racy, with a good salinity on the palate, accessible, an elegant texture, drinking very well, an excellent Pinot Grigio!
