Strong orange yellow, golden reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Candied orange zest, blossom honey and dried herbs, in the background some dried apricots. Medium body, delicate tannins, ripe yellow apple fruit, mineral and firm in the finish, a touch of ripeness, good aperitif.
