Tasting Notes

Tasting from 19.10.2017: Peter Moser

Dark ruby, opaque core, subtle ochre reflections, broad and bright rim. Dark berries with delicate nuances of savoury herbs in the background, hints of dried fruits and candied orange zest, some nougat, animalistic notes. Juicy, ripe cassis, dried figs, pleasant fruitiness, ripe tannins, chocolatey flavours, round and developed, hints of menthol and black olives on the finish, a developed food wine with a strong personality.
