Intense, bright straw yellow in colour. Quite inexpressive on the nose, with minimal hints of hay and yellow stone fruit. The palate has an oily texture, very ripe fruit, and some mint notes, with a sedate and plump finish.
More about the tastingClear pale straw yellow with green nuances. Opens with notes of yeasty bread dough, plus some almond and grapefruit. Very good presence on the palate, juicy, good elaborated fruit, salty in the aftertaste.
