Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.09.2025: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Very pale straw yellow with silver-green nuances. Initially closed on the nose, only opens slowly, then reminiscent of elderberry and tropical fruit. The palate is characterised by a distinct sweetness of elderberry cordial on a soft mousse.
