Inviting bouquet with notes of dried plum, three-fruit confit and some rum infused fruit along with hints of liquorice, cocoa, black pepper and clove. Dense on the palate with ripe acidity, fresh fruit (plum and blackberry), savouriness and texture on the finish.

Inviting, intense bouquet with notes of dried plum, three-fruit confit and a hint of rum-steeped fruit. Also hints of liquorice and cocoa as well as black pepper and clove. Dense on the palate, pleasantly ripe acidity, fresh fruit with plum and blackberry, plus plenty of spice and texture on the long finish.
