Light yellow-green with silver reflections. Some meadow herbs, white stone fruit, a hint of pears and fresh lime zest makes for an inviting bouquet. The palate is juicy and elegant thanks to the fine acid structure with mineral accents. Some peach notes show on the finish, which lingers well. An uncomplicated food companion.
